Shipping Policy
By default, USPS priority shipping is used for all orders. However, if you prefer a different shipping company, we may be able to accommodate your request. All glass orders are insured for your protection and packaged with layers of protective materials to ensure they arrive in one piece. If the package arrives damaged, please take photos before opening it. If your item is damaged, you will need to file a claim with the shipper to be compensated through insurance.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you decide to return an item, please contact us, and we will either exchange it or refund the amount, minus the shipping fee. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. We do not provide a refund for items returned in a broken condition.
